Well, what do you want to know? My name is Anthony Sisti, and my life mainly revolves around faith, family, friends, finance, fitness, coaching and football. I am a stay-at-home dad for my two children, and I am a navy veteran. As a family, we love to adventure and explore through traveling and hiking.
But you probably want to know why I want to write about personal finance. What it really boils down to is: I want to help people learn about money. I want to help reduce and eliminate the fear and anxiety that comes for so many when it comes their finances. I want to help people become confident with their money by getting out of debt and increasing savings to retire or reach financial independence, whether that is in five years or forty-five years. As a country, we do a disservice to all of our children by not teaching them the basics about personal finance: earning, saving, spending, debt, and investing. I was fortunate enough to get a good head start learning from my mom, but I have greatly expanded my knowledge by reading and learning on my own. And to become ‘official,’ I completed my AFC ®, an accredited financial counselor certification. I learned a ton more through my AFC ® journey that I am ready to share with “Rat Race Off Ramp” readers.
Want to join us on our journey? Hop on the “Rat Race Off Ramp,” and I’ll do my best to help you find your “Off Ramp.”
